Barbara Kidwell began her career in insurance at the American Amicable Life Insurance Company after attending The University of Texas. She has worked at Bailey Insurance & Risk Management, Inc. since 1986. Barbara is a licensed General Lines Agent and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).

Throughout her career, Barbara has been a member of many professional associations. She has served as an officer for the Heart of Texas Association of Health Underwriters, and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Texas Association of Health Underwriters and the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters. Barbara’s business strengths include customer service and employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.

Barbara and her husband George have five daughters who are married. She enjoys playing with her eight grandchildren, snorkeling, golfing, gardening and reading. Barbara has volunteered with the American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life” event and served as a volunteer girls basketball coach at the Woodway Family Center.
